1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all areas across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, other governorates, and border areas such as Sharm El-Sheikh and Sinai.

2. How much is the shipping fee?

Cairo & Giza: 65 EGP
Other governorates: 100 EGP
Border governorates (e.g., Sharm El-Sheikh, Sinai, surrounding areas): 150 EGP

3. How long does delivery take?

Mugs: 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
Plates & dinnerware: 5–7 business days after order confirmation.

4. How will I know when my order is arriving?
Our team will contact you before delivery to confirm your address and availability.

5. Can I check the order before paying?
Yes, customers are allowed to inspect the order at the time of delivery.

6. What if I want to return my order?

Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery with the courier present.
You will only need to pay the shipping fees.
Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer possible.

7. Do you accept custom orders or personalized items?
Currently, we offer our products as displayed, but we’re working on expanding customization options in the future.

8. What materials are your products made from?

Our mugs and dinnerware are made from high-quality Pottery, carefully designed for both durability and elegance.

9. How should I care for my Toprak products?

Hand wash recommended for longer product life.
Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh detergents.
Suitable for everyday use.
